Reinforcement concrete slab

I have a problem with the designing of concrete slabs.

Specifically, the software does not respond to changes in the stress-stain diagram for the reinforcing steel.

When I set the limit strain to 20 mm/m for steel, it uses a strain greater than 20 mm/m in the software calculation.

The following is a view from the software.

It can be seen that the strain is greater than the specified 20 mm/m.

Can you help me?
