Make sure that you activate the license in StruSoft Installer. Just ones, on only one network (Mac)- address.
It could be Cable or Wireless network card (choose the one you use most often and it does not disappear from the Network Connections settings in the picture below). If possible, do not activate the license on externally network card, like USB-network card or docking stations.
The license will works in both internet connection (Cable and Wireless) but in one condition, that is both network should be always showing up and are active (enable) in the settings.
Where can you find the Mac address that belongs to the network card you are connected to?
