If it is happen that you try to launch the application StruSoft Installer and it does not shows up and nothing happen, it is due to a bug in the Windows that usually affects even other softwares as well.
In this case, the application StruSoft Installer is already running in the background in processes.
To solve the problem go to the Task Manager and close the process StruSoft Installer and then try to launch it again from the icons, and it will works, see the steps in the picture below.
