In your server computer there the license is installed you will find the Lmadmin (FlexNet Publisher website), see the web address below.
In the website you will find your Port number, Host name (server name) and The IP address.
In the users computer in StruSoft Installer you will entre the server name and the port number.
But if the user are connected to the server network by VPN then you can try with the IP address and the port number.
We usually recommend for the best option is to use this standard port number 55555
Then click on (Test) to check if the connection to the serverlicense works!
