If you get the following error message below during the upgrade then it means that you are logged in to your server as a user or do not have full rights or you need to install the new vcredist.exe. You must be logged in as an administrator account and then you can install StruSoft Installer without any problems.
To find out if you are logged in as an administrator or not, you can follow the steps below:
Run the lusrmgr.msc command
Look at the properties of the different logins accounts you have in the server!
Open the Cmd window and see which account you are logged in with!
1. Install: vcredist.exe (Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable build 14.29.30037 or newer) as administrator
2. Restart the computer (must be done)
3. Install StruSoft Installer as administrator
