This error message means that to get the new version of our softwares to work, so it requires that you upgrade the StruSoft application (LMadmin FlexNet Publisher) to the latest version, this application is installed on your company server computer where the StruSoft license is activated.
WARNING! Before upgrading LMadmin FlexNet Publisher to the newest version, you need to be careful!
Case 1: If the LMadmin you have installed in the server belongs to our StruSoft company and the StruSoft-license is active in it but there are other Vendor Daemon licenses from other company than StruSoft's for example named X-License, then after the updating the StruSoft LMadmin to the newest version the StruSoft license will work automatically, but then you have to add the X-Vendor-Daemon for X-License together with the StruSoft-LMadmin folder and then import the X-License file in the Vendor Daemon tab in (StruSoft LMadmin FlexNet publisher Website).
Put the (X-Vendor-Daemon.exe) for X-License in this folder path together with the StruSoft-LMadmin :
C:\Program Files\Flexera\lmadmin 11.18.x.x\lmadmin
Case 2: If the LMadmin you have installed in the server belongs to another X-Company than StruSoft's for example named X-LMadmin and the StruSoft-license is active in it, so there are for sure the StruSoft-Vendor-Daemon is placed together with X-LMadmin folder. So then after the updating the X-LMadmin to the newest version, the StruSoft license will not work automatically, you have to add the StruSoft-Vendor-Daemon together with the X-LMadmin folder new version and then import the StruSoft-License file in the Vendor Daemon tab in (X-LMadmin FlexNet publisher Website).
Put the (Vendor-Daemon named strusoft.exe) in folder path together with the X-LMadmin.
The StruSoft license file path: C:\ProgramData\StruSoft\License System 4\license.lic
Import the License File to LMadmin Server (FlexNet publisher)
Case 3: If you only have StruSoft's licenses alone in LMadmin then it's really easy, you follow the steps in the video clip below:

Case 4: Another option which is recommended if you do not want to upgrade the whole LMadmin FlexNet Publisher because it contains other licenses from other companies than StruSoft's , then you can take the easy way and only upgrade the Vendor Daemon strusoft.exe to the newest version. And it doesn't matter if LMadmin belongs to StruSoft or another company.
⭳ Download the StruSoft vendor daemon
Put the (strusoft.exe) in the main folder together with the LMadmin.exe
Import the License File to LMadmin Server (FlexNet publisher)
NOTE! Your LMadmin may be set to a special port, after the update see if the same port number has been retained so that you do not have to change the port on users' computers.
